Seeking fellowship-trained Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeons Advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgery practice Surgery performed exclusively in a physician-owned ambulatory surgery center Da Vinci Xi robotic platform High-volume surgical environment with more than 1,000 major cases annually Focus on advanced gynecologic procedures including complex hysterectomy, myomectomy, endometriosis excision, and select gynecologic oncology cases Approximately 100% same-day discharge rate with very low transfer rates No hospital affiliation or corporate management No call responsibilities No weekend coverage Predictable schedule and strong work-life balance Dedicated anesthesia and support staff Opportunity for training in advanced proprietary surgical techniques Research and publication opportunities available Live case observation available during the interview process
