Description A healthcare organization in Alger is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Dentist to join its growing team. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive dental care in a supportive clinical environment while serving patients in a welcoming community setting. Position Overview The Dentist will be responsible for providing a full range of general dentistry services, developing treatment plans, and promoting oral health through preventive care and patient education. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental care including examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning Perform general dental procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, and preventive care Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options Review and interpret dental X-rays and diagnostic tests Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and support staff to ensure efficient patient care Adhere to all clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist seeking to practice in a community-focused setting while enjoying the quality of life offered in Michigan .
