Must have or be eligible for unrestricted Michigan medical license and Controlled Substance License Clinical Setting Established cancer service line One other full-time physician on-site; second physician retiring in 2028 On-site radiation oncology and experienced clinical staff Outreach work: Tawas, Michigan (2-4 days/month)
