  • & long-term disability coverage Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Requirements Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurosurgery Fellowship training in spine surgery preferred Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills Ability to manage high surgical volume and complex spine cases Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care Eligible to work in the United States Duties & Responsibilities A typical day may include: Performing spine surgeries at Trinity Health Chelsea Hospital (103-bed) and Trinity Health Ann Arbor Hospital (537-bed, Level I trauma center) Participating in multidisciplinary care for complex neurosurgical and spine patients Collaborating with PAs, RNs, and other support staff to provide excellent patient care Utilizing state-of-the-art technology including O-Arm, Leica microscopes, stealth navigation, and CyberKnife Engaging in quality improvement initiatives and clinical trials related to spine devices Supporting a culture of camaraderie and mentorship within the neurosurgery team
