The practice operates with a 50/50 obstetrics and gynecology split, a double-coverage call model, and a 1-in-5 weekend call rotation. Onsite resources include mammography, aesthetic services, and surgical robotics, with access to maternal-fetal medicine specialists. Schedule This is a full-time, onsite position. The practice uses a double-coverage model with a weekend call rotation of approximately 1 in 5. Specific clinic hours and scheduling details should be confirmed with the practice prior to offer. Compensation Base salary is competitive and confirmed with the practice prior to offer. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available. Visa sponsorship is available, including J-1 waiver support. What You'll Do The OB/GYN in this role manages a full-scope obstetrics and gynecology caseload across both inpatient and outpatient settings, with the clinical split evenly balanced between OB and GYN. You will provide prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care, as well as routine and complex gynecologic care across the full spectrum of women's health. Surgical cases, including robotic-assisted procedures, are a component of the role, supported by the practice's onsite surgical robotics capability. You will work collaboratively within a six-physician team that uses a dedicated rotating support staff model, allowing you to focus on direct patient care. Consultation with onsite maternal-fetal medicine specialists is available for high-risk obstetric cases. The practice serves a multicultural patient population, including a significant Arabic-speaking community; cultural competency and a patient-centered communication approach are valued. New graduates entering the practice have access to a structured mentorship program with experienced OB/GYN colleagues. More experienced physicians will find a collaborative peer environment and a well-resourced facility. Required Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) Active Michigan medical license or eligibility to obtain one prior to start Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one prior to start Active CDS (Controlled Dangerous Substance) registration or eligibility to obtain one prior to start Eligibility for hospital credentialing and staff privileges at affiliated facilities Current ACLS and BLS certification, or ability to obtain prior to start Preferred Qualifications Robotic surgical training or experience, including da Vinci platform proficiency Experience practicing in a high-volume or community-based OB/GYN setting Experience serving diverse or underserved patient populations Arabic language proficiency (spoken; relevant to patient population but not required) Fellowship training in Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Minimally Invasive Gynecology, or a related subspecialty Active ALSO (Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics) certification Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary Sign-on bonus Relocation assistance Medical, dental, and vision insurance Maternity leave 401(k) with employer match Paid time off (generous allotment) CME reimbursement Full coverage of medical license fees, DEA registration, CDS registration, hospital credentialing, and malpractice insurance Referral bonus program Visa sponsorship available, including J-1 waiver support To apply, please submit your CV, board certification documentation or residency completion timeline, and a brief note on your robotic surgical experience and any relevant language skills.
