Job Description

Family Medicine in Northwest Michigan Step into a mission-driven practice where your clinical expertise serves an appreciative community in the heart of the Keweenaw Peninsula. This 100% outpatient opportunity allows you to practice at the top of your license within a highly respected Federally Qualified Health Center. Located in Northwest Michigan, this role combines a stable, supported practice environment with a clear path for professional and financial growth. What's In It For You?
Exceptional Financial Package:
Secure a guaranteed base salary of $265,000-$285,000 with RVU-based incentives that allow your total compensation to exceed $300,000.
Immediate Capital Injection:
Jumpstart your transition with a $100,000 sign-on bonus and take advantage of federal loan repayment programs through our high-priority HPSA designation.
Integrated Practice Support:
Work within a comprehensive care model alongside on-site dental, behavioral health, lab, and X-ray services, all supported by dedicated RN and MA staff.
Total Liability Protection:
Practice with peace of mind knowing you are provided with 100% FTCA malpractice coverage, including full tail insurance. Candidate Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (ABFM) Active Michigan medical license and DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain) One year of post-residency practice experience is preferred but not required Live and Work in the Keweenaw Peninsula Experience a lifestyle defined by rugged natural beauty and a low cost of living in one of the most scenic regions of the Great Lakes.
