Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing primary care team serving patients across our Hazel Park and Ferndale locations. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive family medicine services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and same-day sick visits. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced providers and new graduates looking to build strong clinical skills in a supportive, fast-paced primary care environment. Key Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations including history, physical exams, and risk assessments Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions Provide preventive care services such as annual exams, screenings, and health maintenance Prescribe medications and administer treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines Order, review, and interpret labs and diagnostic studies Manage same-day appointments for acute concerns within a primary care setting Educate patients on conditions, medications, and lifestyle modifications Coordinate care with supervising physician and clinical staff Ensure timely and accurate documentation within the EHR Follow all clinic policies, regulatory standards, and infection control protocols Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program NCCPA certification (PA-C) Active Michigan Physician Assistant license (or eligible) BLS certification DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start Ability to begin in the near future Preferred Experience Family Medicine Primary Care Internal Medicine Urgent care exposure is a plus but not required What We're Looking For Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills Ability to manage a high patient volume efficiently Excellent communication and patient education skills Team-oriented mindset with adaptability and initiative Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care What We Offer Structured onboarding and hands-on support Collaborative team environment with direct physician involvement Opportunity to grow within an expanding primary care practice Immediate hiring availability Equal Opportunity Employer We are committed to maintaining an inclusive and respectful workplace.
