Outpatient-only primary care practice Care for patients of all ages from newborns to geriatrics Join established, collaborative team-based practice environment 4-day work week with flexible clinic scheduling 32 patient-facing hours per week within 40-hour schedule Average patient volume of 15-20 patients per day with opportunity to grow Team-based care model designed for efficiency and provider support Fully integrated Epic EMR Onsite ancillary services include: Radiology, Lab, Physical Therapy, ENT coverage (weekly rotation) and Orthopedics coverage (weekly rotation) Opportunity to incorporate additional clinical interests including: Concussion management, IUD/Nexplanon placement and Pessary care
