At Bronson's Turwill Lane location, you'll gain hands-on exposure to outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine rehabilitation, working alongside clinicians who help patients recover from injuries, improve performance, and safely return to activity. What's In It for You Full-time, structured day shift summer experience Hands-on exposure to orthopedic and sports medicine rehabilitation Opportunity to work with active individuals and athletic populations Insight into injury recovery, strength progression, and return-to-sport planning Experience supporting Physical and Occupational Therapists in a performance-focused setting Exposure to exercise programming, movement analysis, and patient education Mentorship from clinicians specializing in orthopedics and sports rehab A highly relevant experience for PT, athletic training, and performance careers What You'll Be Doing Support therapists with non-billable patient care activities in an outpatient ortho/sports setting Assist with therapeutic exercises, stretches, and strengthening activities under supervision Prepare and set up equipment for treatment sessions (bands, weights, tables, etc.) Observe evaluations, movement assessments, and treatment progressions Assist with patient flow, including escorting and preparing patients for sessions Document exercises and interactions in the electronic medical record (as appropriate) Maintain a clean, organized, and high-energy clinical environment Stock and manage therapy equipment and supplies Provide excellent customer service to patients and families Assist with administrative support, including scheduling and communication What You'll Bring Strong interest in orthopedic, sports medicine, or performance-based rehabilitation Enthusiasm for fitness, movement, and helping others return to activity Strong communication and interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn in a hands-on, active clinical environment Ability to follow direction and support therapist-led care plans Positive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset Reliability and attention to detail What to Expect This is a full-time, day shift internship in a high-energy outpatient setting. You'll be actively engaged throughout the day—supporting therapy sessions, working with patients progressing through rehab, and learning how clinicians guide recovery from injury to full return to activity.
