Job Description
Job Description Join our Family Medicine team as part of the OMH Medical Group, a multi-specialty group of primary and specialty care providers affiliated with Otsego Memorial Hospital. Outpatient family medicine practice joining three physicians and two advanced practice providers, who provide walk-in services at the OMH Medical Group Lewiston clinic located in Lewiston, Michigan approximately 25 miles southeast of the main hospital. Clinic is currently open 8-5 pm Monday through Friday for primary care services with flexible scheduling. Walk in services are available 7am-7pm M-F, 8am-12pm on Saturdays, and 8am-4pm on holidays. On site limited radiology including mammography, laboratory services, rehabilitation, and occupational medicine. Specialists in General Surgery are available to see patients on a part time basis. An Electronic Health Record is shared with medical group and hospital. Hospital employed position with generous benefits including paid malpractice insurance and full family health, along with a guaranteed salary.
