Job Description

Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a leading regional health system in the recruitment of a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist to join a growing, well-supported anesthesia team in Midland, Michigan. This opportunity offers a broad scope of practice, excellent work-life balance, and the chance to live in one of Michigan's most desirable communities.
Position Highlights:
Full-time hospital-employed position Provide full-scope anesthesia care for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures Based in a modern 324-bed medical center offering 24-hour emergency and Level II trauma care Approximately 18,000 annual surgical cases Call rotation: 1:8 with post-call day off Flexible scheduling for improved work-life balance Reason for recruitment: growing community need
Requirements:
U.S. medical degree or foreign equivalent Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency Eligible for Michigan medical and controlled substance licenses PALS and ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
