Required Skills:

Valid medical license in Michigan or the ability to obtain one Board Certification or Eligibility in Neurology Proven experience in inpatient and outpatient neurology care Proficiency in EEG interpretation and performing lumbar punctures Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hospital setting Nice to

Have Skills:

Experience with Cerner EMR system Prior experience in a locum tenens role Familiarity with evoked potentials and brain death procedures Additional certifications in advanced neurological procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Completion of Neurology residency program At least 2 years of clinical experience post-residency Prior locum tenens experience is a plus

Other Requirements:
