Family Medicine Physician

A growing community health organization in the Great Lakes Bay region of Michigan is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join its outpatient primary care team. Multiple openings are available due to physician departures and expansion of services, including a new facility opening soon. This is an excellent opportunity to practice mission-driven medicine in a collaborative FQHC environment serving a diverse patient population across the lifespan. The organization has strong ties to residency training programs and offers a supportive team culture with integrated behavioral health and experienced APP support onsite.
