Job Description
Family Medicine Opportunity Location:
Sanford, Michigan- Full-time position with four 10-hour days, alternating Monday and Friday off
Call:
1:11 with nurse triage line supportLocation/Community:
- Rural healthcare setting in Sanford, MI, near Midland
- Access to excellent schools, Pere Marquette Rail Trail, Dow Gardens, and Midland Center for the Arts
- Strong sense of community with small-office feel
Patient & Procedure Mix:
- Comprehensive family medicine care from birth through adulthood
- Preventive health, acute and chronic disease management
- Outpatient visits and in-office procedures
Requirements:
- U.S. medical degree or foreign equivalent
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine
- Completion of Family Medicine residency
- Eligible for an unrestricted Michigan medical license and
Controlled Substance LicensePractice Details:
