We have the following dates available for Standish, MI 6/10/24-6/18/24 and 6/28/24-7/15/24.
Requirements Minimum education:
Doctor of Medicine Years of work experience: 1 year(s) Responsibilities This is 24 Hr Solo Coverage for a rural hospital, typically 12-15 hours working with the remainder on call. Doctor will have sleeping amenities nearby or on-site.
Required Procedures:
Intubation, vent management, lines, all procedures requried at this hospital. COVID Vaccine Required?

Critical Success Factors:
Collegial communication with nursing and administrative staff. Evaluating patients in the Emergency Department at the time of admission. High volume facility with census and acuity - all providers must be able to perform required intubations. In the moment teaching with nursing staff while being open to questions - remaining approachable Keeping pulmonary ICU level patients.
