Required Certifications:

BC, DOT (required)

Experience Desired:

Minimum 1 year in primary care, urgent care, or occupational medicine (any or all)

Start Date:

ASAP Duration:

Ongoing Schedule & Weekly Hours:

Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm

Types of Cases/Procedures:

Mainly DOT physicals, but will also handle walk-ins for work injuries, primary care, return-to-work exams, and worker s comp cases.

Patient Volume:

10-15 patients per day max

EMR System:
