Family Medicine Physician

Sanford Health is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician to join an established Primary Care team in the beautiful lake-side community of Bemidji, Minnesota. This is an outpatient focused role where you will be part of a full-spectrum Primary Care clinic that's part of the Sanford Bemidji Medical Center campus. As such, you will have easy access to system-wide support and resources whenever needed. You will also be able to enjoy a weekday only schedule, allowing you to take full advantage of everything this naturally stunning area has to offer. Position Details:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Only call is shared nursing home call with FM and IM Practice options available: outpatient only, traditional, urgent care, addiction medicine

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation is $275,000 per year Up to $150k in bonuses available with 50% given at start of employment and 50% at 6 months Comprehensive benefit package including 401K, health, dental, vision, paid CME, paid vacation, and more Relocation assistance is available Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
