Primary Care Location:

Under 1 Hour Southeast of Minneapolis, Minnesota Seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician to join a collaborative primary care team. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, with a focus on acute, chronic, and preventive medicine. Role & Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and chronic disease management Prescribe medications, therapies, and medical equipment as appropriate Order, review, and follow up on labs and imaging studies Educate patients and families on wellness, disease prevention, and self-care Lead and oversee clinical staff to ensure efficient clinic operations and exceptional patient experiences Dispense prepackaged medications and oversee onsite CLIA-waived lab Document all patient interactions accurately in EHR Deliver presentations or health education sessions as needed Qualifications MD or DO from a recognized medical school Active state medical license and DEA with prescriptive authority Board certification in Family Medicine preferred Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in family practice or urgent care preferred Proficiency with EHR systems Strong communication and collaboration skills Why Join Us Work in a supportive, patient-focused environment Opportunity to lead and mentor clinical staff Make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes in your community If you are a compassionate, skilled Family Practice Physician looking to join a highly engaged primary care team, we want to hear from you!
