Job Description
Position:
- This collegial OBGYN group has an unprecedented history of retention & is based at a Forbes "Top 100" Hospital
- Recruitment is due to upcoming retirement
- True four-day week (32 patient contact hours)
- Surgically strong group, averaging 75+ GYN surgeries/year per physician. Mentorship available if desired
- Robust support staff includes highly experienced nurses, OB educator, midwives (who function as 'extenders' for the OBGYN physicians)
- Thoughtful infrastructure is in place to decrease administrative burden: dedicated teams to handle all Rx refills, triage, and pap results, plus after-hours answering service

multi-million expansion just completed + brand-new DaVinci robot- Highly competitive compensation: current OBGYNs are averaging $460K+
- 31 days of Time Off Year 1, 36+ days of Time Off Year 2 & beyond
- Signing bonus, relocation stipend, loan support - $65-90K
