Required Skills:

Board Certified in Ob/Gyn Valid Minnesota medical license or IMLC credential Trauma Level I or II experience preferred Strong clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology Proficient in electronic medical records systems (Epic/Excellian, Obix) BLS certification Ability to handle high-risk pregnancies and emergencies effectively Nice to

Have Skills:

Experience with maternal fetal medicine (MFM) services Previous hospitalist or OB hospitalist experience Ability to work flexible shift schedules, including 12-hour or 24-hour shifts Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

Medical degree from an accredited institution Minimum 2-3 years experience in OB/GYN, with emphasis on high-risk obstetrics Familiarity with Level II nursery operations and high-volume delivery settings

Other Requirements:

Current BLS certification Willingness to work in a fast-paced hospital environment Must pass credentialing process (90-120 days) Emergency temp credentials are available with clean files This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $197.61, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, ongoing support from a dedicated team, and reimbursement for licensure, certification, travel, and other expenses where applicable. The ongoing, flexible shifts include 24-hour in-house call coverage, with options for 12-hour shifts based on candidate preference.
