Practice Setting and Clinical Scope As a Non-Invasive Cardiologist, you will provide direct patient care in a mix of outpatient clinics and inpatient settings. Your role will involve examining and treating patients with various cardiovascular disorders, participating in inpatient rounding, and engaging in the non-invasive cardiology call rotation. You will leverage a full spectrum of cardiac imaging modalities and perform procedures such as echocardiography, transesophageal echocardiography, electrical cardioversions, and more. This position offers the chance to consult with patients and their families, recommending tests and treatment plans to address complex cardiovascular conditions. Schedule and Assignment Details Enjoy a structured work-life balance with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, alongside a well-organized call rotation. The non-invasive cardiology call rotation occurs every seven weeks, with weeknight calls from 5:00 pm to 8:00 am and 24-hour weekend calls. This role requires the flexibility to travel between various clinic locations, ensuring comprehensive care across the region. Qualifications Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiology. Current or eligible for Minnesota state license; willingness to obtain DEA registration prior to start. ACLS certification is required before commencing employment. Willingness to travel to assigned clinic locations and engage in full-time or part-time employment as preferred.
