This role combines hands-on device expertise with program oversight to support high-quality patient outcomes, streamlined workflows, and adherence to established best practices. You will lead a team, partner with physicians and leadership, and drive quality, compliance, and continuous process improvement in cardiac rhythm management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (preferred) Minimum 2-4 years of experience in CIED management and cardiac rhythm management IBHRE certification (plus) Demonstrated hands-on experience with patient education for cardiac device therapy and remote monitoring Proficiency in cardiac device data interpretation , alert review, and clinical triage Working knowledge of billing and coding practices related to device services Strong foundation in cardiac physiology , arrhythmia recognition , and cardiac device platforms Experience leading a team (hiring, discipline, mentoring, training) Experience managing remote monitoring workflows, including coordination with EMR systems and platform integrations Responsibilities Clinical & Technical Leadership Conduct comprehensive interrogations and troubleshooting of cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIEDs), including pacemakers, ICDs, ILRs, and CRT devices Analyze and interpret device data across major remote monitoring platforms, including Medtronic CareLink, Abbott Merlin, Boston Scientific Latitude, Biotronik Home Monitoring, and RhythMedix Communicate critical findings and alerts promptly and accurately to physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Lead quality assurance for in-office CIED evaluations and MCOT/Holter end-of-service reporting to ensure clinical accuracy and documentation integrity Operational Leadership Oversee inventory management and logistics for cardiac ambulatory monitors and CIED programmers across multiple office locations Manage monitor processes including cleaning, restocking, tracking, and coordinating necessary repairs Ensure efficient turnaround of MCOT/Holter devices and coordinate seamlessly between sites Supervise patient education for remote monitoring, including connectivity optimization, missed transmission follow-up, and appointment compliance Education & Team Development Train, mentor, and support device coordinators and clinical team members Partner with practice leadership to streamline workflows and enhance patient care delivery Benefits Direct hire role 401K Full suite of medical, dental, and ancillary benefits Paid time off Competitive compensation package #Li-LG1
