Job Description

A physician-led healthcare organization in the heart of the Midwest is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Hematologist/Oncologist (Hem Onc) to join a collaborative, growing Oncology team in an outpatient-focused practice environment. This opportunity offers an excellent balance of clinical autonomy, subspecialty flexibility, strong APP support, and long-term financial stability. Position Highlights
  • Employed position within a physician-run medical group and strong referral system as the leading Cancer Center in the region
  • Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00am-4:30pm
  • 1:5 shared call
  • Primarily outpatient practice with minimal inpatient responsibilities
  • General Hematology/Oncology scope with opportunity to incorporate niche specialty interests
  • Two experienced APPs providing clinic support with full scope of additional subspecialists Compensation & Benefits
  • Evergreen guaranteed base salary of $615,986 with productivity bonus incentives paid above national average, with proven earnings over $1MM annually
  • $50,000 Sign-on Bonus and/or Residency Stipend
  • Up to $420,000 in student loan forgiveness
  • Generous 6 weeks PTO annually
  • $15,000 relocation assistance
