Job Description SSM Health is launching a brand-new, state-of-the-art clinic inside the Chesterfield YMCA, designed with a strong focus on Senior Care and seamless team-based support. The clinic is scheduled to open January 2026 , and will serve one of the most sought-after communities in the St. Louis metro.
