ASAP Pay Rate:
$230000.00 - $260000.00 Join Swope Health , the largest FQHC in the Kansas City region, serving 55,000+ patients annually with a mission to deliver accessible, high-quality, whole-person care.
Opportunity Highlights:
Outpatient Women's Health / OBGYN-focused role Prenatal care + colposcopies required No deliveries (optional moonlighting available) 16-20 patients/day with built-in schedule buffers 4 hours admin time weekly 2:1 clinical support (MA + RN) Multiple sites: Central KC & brand-new KC facility
Compensation & Benefits:
$230K-$260K starting base 5K Sign on, 5K Retention bonus NHSC loan repayment eligible 20+ PTO days + holidays Full benefits + 401(k) match +
