In this vital role, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care across various specialties. Your expertise will help ensure seamless clinical operations, foster effective communication among providers, and enhance patient outcomes. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient-centered care, possesses strong clinical judgment, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Collaborate with specialists and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet patients' diverse needs. Conduct thorough medical assessments, including physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations, utilizing advanced EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Epic. Oversee inpatient and outpatient care activities, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical records while adhering to NCQA standards for quality assurance. Skills Extensive experience with EMR systems, particularly Epic or similar platforms, for documentation and clinical workflows. Strong background in multiple specialties such as Psychiatry, Emergency Room or Internal Medicine is acceptable Skilled in performing procedures IV infusion and airway management. Knowledge of hospital operations including ICU (Intensive Care Unit), PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit), and Level I/II trauma center protocols. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams across inpatient and outpatient settings while maintaining a patient-first approach. Familiarity with medical coding (CPT/ICD) and documentation standards necessary for accurate billing and compliance.
