The Psychiatrist will deliver comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management for patients across the lifespan. The role includes collaboration with primary care providers and behavioral health staff to support integrated care and participation in school-based and community outreach initiatives focused on early intervention, education, and access to mental health services. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management
• Diagnose and treat mental health conditions in an outpatient setting
• Collaborate with primary care providers, LCSWs, and nursing staff
• Support integrated behavioral health services within the clinic
• Participate in school-based and community outreach programs (education, consultation, or screenings)
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EHR Louisiana Medical Clinic, a PCMH-affiliated clinic, is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our integrated healthcare team.

This role provides behavioral health services in a primary care setting and supports the clinic's school and community outreach program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral health assessments, counseling, and care coordination
• Collaborate with primary care providers in an integrated care model
• Participate in school-based and community outreach initiatives
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR Qualification Qualifications
• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Eligible for Missouri medical licensure
• Experience in outpatient or integrated care preferred
• Interest in community engagement and school-based outreach

Qualifications:

• MSW required
• Missouri LCSW license (or eligibility)
• Experience in clinical or medical setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
