  • Immigration Medical Exams (I-693)
  • Passport Health is seeking a USCIS-designated Civil Surgeon (or physicians eligible and willing to obtain designation) to support our clinic in St.
Louis, MO. This is a low-volume, high-impact clinical role ideal for experienced physicians looking to supplement their practice with flexible, predictable work without the demands of traditional primary care or hospital settings.   • you focus on clinical review and sign-off Highly structured visits with clear USCIS guidelines Key Responsibilities Perform immigration physical examinations in-clinic Review and certify Form I-693 and supporting documentation Ensure compliance with USCIS Civil Surgeon requirements Collaborate with on-site RN team for efficient patient flow Qualifications MD or DO with an active, unrestricted Missouri medical license Current USCIS Civil Surgeon designation OR willingness to obtain Minimum 4+ years of clinical experience Active DEA registration (if applicable) Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ideal Candidate Profile Practicing or semi-retired physician seeking flexible, supplemental income Background in primary care, internal medicine, urgent care, or occupational health Comfortable with standardized exams and regulatory documentation Values efficiency, autonomy, and low administrative burden Schedule & Structure PRN /
Part-time Compensation:
