Job Duties:

• Prepare and educate children for procedures through therapeutic play and emotional support
• Plan and lead activities that normalize the hospital environment
• Advocate for families and promote patient-centered care
• Coordinate special events and collaborate with volunteers Supervise students and volunteers, sharing your expertise and passion 🎓 What You Bring Bachelor's degree in a Child Life-related field Completion of a Child Life internship Eligibility for certification through the Association of Child Life Professionals BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Strong foundation in child development and medical terminology

Preferred:
