General Surgery Opportunity in

Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified General Surgeon to join an established employed surgical team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced surgeons and new graduates seeking strong mentorship within a collaborative practice environment.

Practice Details:

Full-time employed positionClinic hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSchedule includes 36 patient care hours plus 4 administrative hoursCombination of clinic and designated surgery daysAverage patient volume: 20-25 patients per day once establishedBread and butter general surgery practiceScopes requiredNo roboticsNo trauma coverageCovering one hospital only

Call & Support:

1:3 call rotationFive call days per month built into contractAdditional paid call opportunities availableHospitalist team handles admissionsJoin experienced surgeons with extensive mentorship available

Requirements:

MD or DOBoard Eligible/Board Certified in General SurgeryEligible for Mississippi medical license and
