• Closed ICU
• 7-on/7-off scheduling

CCU Coverage Model:

Day:

1 Physician (7a-7p), 1 NPPA (7a-5p) o

Night:

1 NPPA (7p-7a)

• Procedures required for

CCU NPPAs:

Intubation, central lines and arterial lines.
