Base salary: $345,000 + production incentives $15,000 quality bonus $25,000 starting bonus Up to $20,000 relocation assistance Up to $250,000 student loan repayment PSLF eligible Benefits Package Medical, dental, and vision coverage (including coverage for pets) Retirement savings plan with employer contribution Paid time off, license reimbursement, malpractice coverage Annual CME allowance + CME time Student loan repayment support (up to $100,000) Relocation assistance (up to $20,000)About Intermountain Health:
