Locum Tenens Physician•
Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Location:
Montana•
Metropolitan Area Facility Details:
Specialty Needed:
Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Schedule:
Regular hours: 8 am•5 pm; On-call hours: 5 pm•8 am
Days:
Monday to Friday (Shifts end on Fridays at 5 pm)
Weekly Dates Needed:
October 2-6

Inpatient rehab Will accept multiple providers:
Yes Qualifications:
Active Montana license and DEA required Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation required Fellowship in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation preferred Interventional pain management skills not required
