Job Description

Duke Primary Care is opening a new state-of-the-art practice in Apex, NC Fall, 2024 . This innovative practice will offer an on-demand, team-based approach, improving access for our patients while creating a more supportive and flexible work-life experience for our providers.
Our Care Delivery Model offers:
100% Outpatient Experience Team based care Shared Patient Panel, including shared indirect work In-basket management that is centralized, reducing indirect workload Flexible work hours, including extended hours and abbreviated Friday hours Dedicated team and staff delivering evidenced based care
Our Providers Appreciate:
Full Time or Part-Time Guaranteed Base Salary Productivity-Based Incentive Plan CME $3,000 + 1 week paid 403b Retirement Contribution (Up to 13.9% employer-sponsored) Children's Tuition Benefit (Physician eligible) After-hours on-call coverage with support of nurse triage service Malpractice/Tail Coverage Paid
