What You'll Bring:
Proven expertise in emergency medicine with superb clinical skills. Ability to perform accurately under pressure in high-volume emergency settings. Excellent communication skills, compassionate bedside manner, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. NC Medicaid credentialed and enrolled in PECOS. Nice to
Have:
Experience working with Meditech 6.1 or similar EMR systems. Prior experience managing ICU patients or in open ICU environments. Familiarity with hospital-owned apartment housing or working in hospital-based accommodations.
Preferred Education & Experience:
Medical degree from an accredited institution. Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine. Minimum of 2 years of emergency department experience.
Other Requirements:
NC Medicaid credentialing and PECOS enrollment are mandatory. Ability to work 12-hour shifts with flexible scheduling, including night shifts. Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate emergency care to a diverse patient demographic. Travel costs are capped at $500 where applicable.
