As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, accessible care to a diverse and underserved patient population. This is a unique opportunity to practice full-spectrum family medicine while making a lasting difference in the community. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and health maintenance. Exercise independent clinical judgment in diagnosing and treating patients. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop care plans. Educate and counsel patients and families on health conditions and wellness. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient care. Refer patients to specialists and other healthcare services as appropriate. Accurately document care in the electronic medical record (EMR). Ensure appropriate coding for billing and compliance. Supervise and support clinical staff as needed. Uphold the highest standards of medical ethics and patient-centered care. What You Bring MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine (Required). Completed accredited residency training (Required). Active (or eligible) North Carolina medical license. Active DEA and NPI (Required). Current BLS certification. Experience with Epic Systems (preferred). Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
