Job Description

Locums Urgent Care PA/NP Lumberton, NC (local candidates only, NC license required) Why This Role No call, outpatient urgent care only Ongoing, consistent coverage need Fast credentialing: 20 days Solo provider role with onsite MA and PSA support, offsite supervising physician
Assignment Details Start:
ASAP, ongoing (dates to be discussed)
Commitment:
full-time, consistent coverage
Schedule:
No call
Volume:
40 patients/day (site average), up to 60 PPD possible Patient ages: 6 months and up, adults and pediatrics
Setting:
Outpatient urgent care center
EMR:
Epic (training required; Wednesday training sessions are mandatory)
Note:
provider is sole clinician in the center•must be comfortable working solo Clinical Details Urgent care: adults and pediatrics Procedures include I&D, laceration repair, ear irrigation, and other minor procedures Requirements PA (NCCPA) or NP (board certified)•no new grads Minimum 12 months experience Experience treating adults and pediatrics (6+ months) Active NC license and
NC DEA BLS
Local candidate•within 60-mile radius
Compensation Rate:
$95/hr Malpractice provided Mileage reimbursed (up to 60 miles round trip); no travel/lodging reimbursement
