Advanced Cardiac Imaging Medical Director Opening Mooresville, NCFull TimePermanent PositionSeeking BC Cardiologist with advanced imaging expertise to serve as Medical Director in
Mooresville, North CarolinaPosition Highlights:
Leadership role overseeing advanced cardiac imaging program across regionMix of outpatient and inpatient responsibilitiesHigh-volume ambulatory practice with strong referral baseCollaboration with multidisciplinary teams including heart failure, interventional cardiology, structural heart, electrophysiology, and cardiothoracic surgeryParticipation in regional leadership council and system-level advisory councilBalanced call scheduleSystem-wide Epic EMR7 weeks combined PTO and CME after leadership status achieved
Responsibilities:
Lead and grow advanced cardiac imaging programInterpret advanced imaging studies including coronary CTA, cardiac MRI, and cardiac PET-CTProvide clinical cardiology careCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomesParticipate in leadership and strategic planning initiatives
Qualifications:
Board Eligible or Board Certified in CardiologyMinimum of 5 years of clinical experiencePrior leadership experience requiredProficiency in coronary CTA, cardiac MRI, and cardiac PET-CTActive North Carolina license or ability to obtain
