Family Medicine Physician Rocky Mount NC Job Description:
Serve a Vibrant Rural Community with Heart and Purpose Are you a mission-driven physician looking to make a tangible difference in a community that truly values your expertise? We are seeking a compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. This is an opportunity to practice "full-spectrum" medicine, treating neighbors of all ages in a setting where your work directly impacts the health and equity of a rural population. As a primary care physician in our Rocky Mount clinic, you won't just be "seeing patients"-you'll be building the foundation of health for entire families. You will manage a diverse clinical panel, ranging from pediatric wellness to complex geriatric chronic disease management.
Comprehensive Care:
Provide outpatient services for patients of all ages (pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics). Adult medicine focus is also welcomed.
Rural Health Leadership:
Address the unique challenges of rural healthcare, including social determinants of health and chronic disease prevalence.
Collaborative Environment:
Work alongside a dedicated team of Advanced Practice Providers, nurses, and support staff committed to a patient-centered medical home model.
Preventative Focus:
Lead initiatives in screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling to improve long-term community outcomes.

New graduates welcome BC in Family Medicine ABFM or AOBFP Unrestricted NC medical license or eligible Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
