- Hospital employed, 7 on/7 off inpatient model with onsite hours Monday-Friday 7a-5p and Saturday 8a-2p, with 24/7 call during the working week.
- Compensation package includes 825K guarantee plus 25K quality incentives, and up to 100K in recruitment incentives.
