Do:

Perform gross examination and dissection of large/complex specimens and small biopsies Prepare tissues and conduct histological processing and sectioning of surgical pathology specimens Ensure proper specimen fixation, receipt, and accurate labeling Conduct tissue sampling and microscopic examinations for diagnostic purposes Review patient clinical information such as scans, X-rays, and lab results Assist with tumor triage, autopsies (adult and fetal), and specimen accessioning Maintain documentation and communication in accordance with hospital standards
