Job Description

Hematology/Oncology opening ai Fargo, ND H1B sponsorship Base salary: $535,000 Position Details Exciting opportunity for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hematologist/Medical Oncologist to join an established, highly respected cancer care team in Fargo, North Dakota . This position offers a comprehensive, collaborative environment focused on innovation, multidisciplinary care, and patient-centered excellence. Consultative Call Only:
Hospitalists manage admissions and overnight coverage
Patient Volume:
Average 10 ai12 follow-up visits and 2 ai4 new patients per day
Collaborative Team:
Join a growing team of 4 MDs and 3 APCs , with future expansion planned
Outreach:
Provide care at regional clinics one day per week/month (Jamestown, Lisbon, Wahpeton, ND; Detroit Lakes and Park Rapids, MN; Fosston, MN)
Call Schedule:
Approx. 8 ai10 days of call per month
Support Services:
Nutrition support, social work, nurse navigators, behavioral health, physical therapy, and lymphedema specialists
Specialty Access:
Radiation Oncology, Interventional Radiology, Genetic Counseling, and Palliative Care available on-site
Collaborative Care:
Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards
Innovation & Research:
Participate in NCI Community Oncology Research Program (NCORP) clinical trials
Technology:
Utilize
EPIC EMR
(HIMSS EMRAM Level 7 certified)
Accreditations:
Integrated Network Cancer Center Program (INCP) and National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC) Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hematology Board Certified/Board Eligible in Medical Oncology Prior Hematology/Oncology experience preferred Compensation and Benefits Base salary: $535,000 Additional bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation available Comprehensive benefits including health, retirement, malpractice coverage, relocation, and CME allowance
