This state-of-the-art facility features a Level II Trauma Center providing comprehensive care with advanced technology. The integrated care model ensures that clinic, ER, OR, and hospital are all within the same facility, creating seamless patient care. The facility benefits from a robust referral network from a large health system with 25 clinics and 5 hospitals in the regional service area.
Opportunity:
Board Certified-Urology Join a collegial team of 1 Urologist and 3 Nurse Practitioners in this established urology practice. This position offers an excellent balance of clinical and surgical work with the support of advanced practice providers.
Job Details:
Work in a supportive team environment with 1 Urologist and 3 Nurse Practitioners Enjoy a balanced workload with admissions managed by the hospitalist service Manageable call schedule of 1:4 Dedicated block time of 2-3 days per week in the OR Support from well-trained and efficient OR staff Advanced Practice Providers assist in the OR and help manage hospital patients Access to cutting-edge equipment including 2 Da Vinci Robots, 120-Watt Holmium Laser, Thulium, Rezum Therapy, MRI Prostate Guided Biopsy, and Urodynamics Practice in a facility ranked Most Secure Places to Live by Farmers Insurance Excellent place to raise a family, ranked Best Place by
Children's Health Magazine Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Starting base pay of $600,000-$650,000 based on experience with opportunities to earn additional compensation through bonuses, quality incentives, and production-based compensation.
