Job Description

A leading, physician-led health system in eastern North Dakota is seeking a full-time BE/BC Urologist to join a high-volume, collaborative team and help expand comprehensive urologic and men s health services.
Position Highlights:
Highly collaborative group of experienced urologists with strong inpatient and outpatient APP support Seamless APP care model designed to enhance efficiency across the full patient care continuum Busy, well-established practice with immediate patient volume Balanced weekly schedule: 2 OR days 3 clinic days 2.5 procedure days Shared call within a supportive team Full-spectrum urologic care with advanced surgical and procedural capabilities Strong referral base from an extensive primary care network Access to newly expanded, state-of-the-art surgical and procedural facilities Bread-and-butter urology with flexibility to develop subspecialty interests particularly in men s health Opportunity to shape and grow regional men s health services Teaching opportunities with medical students from University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences Affiliation with regional training programs, including family medicine and surgical education Support for research, innovation, and career advancement About the

Independent, non-profit, physician-led organization Regional referral center serving North Dakota and northwest Minnesota Level II trauma center with multiple specialty and outpatient locations 225+ licensed patient beds and a 15+bed observation unit Over a dozen operating rooms, including robotic and hybrid suites Dedicated cardiology clinic and advanced procedural spaces Modern emergency and specialty care units Beautiful campus with green space, walking paths, and ponds
