Location:
Fargo, ND Fargo is an attractive city located on the border of North Dakota and Minnesota. With a population of 250,000 in the Fargo-Moorhead area, it offers a vibrant community only 3.5 hours northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul.
Facility:
This is a well-established healthcare facility with six locations throughout the Fargo and Moorhead area. The facility culture is built on trust, respect, and teamwork with a collaborative approach to patient and family-centered care. The organization has a comprehensive network including 30 clinics and 5 hospitals serving the regional area.
Opportunity:
Family Medicine - no OB This is an excellent opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join a collaborative care team. You'll work alongside physicians, NPs, PAs, RNs, LPNs, and ancillary staff in a supportive environment focused on making a difference for every patient.
Job Details:
Full-time position with 36 patient contact hours per week Average of 18-20 patients per day Rotating after-hours call schedule Access to numerous Medical/Surgical specialties within the network Opportunity to develop your practice at multiple facilities in the area Collaborative team environment with established care processes Focus on improving overall health through acute, chronic, and preventive healthcare
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. The annual compensation package starts at $293,000 with additional potential earnings through bonuses, quality incentives, and production-based compensation.
