This travel assignment invites you to advance your skills in Imaging with a focus on Interventional Radiology, working alongside seasoned professionals while gaining exposure to innovative techniques, varied leadership styles, and best practices across departments. This position offers hands-on involvement with the latest IR technology, supporting radiologists during procedures, and independently coordinating cases—perfect for those seeking to expand their clinical expertise and build an impressive resume. The role requires a high level of autonomy for smaller procedures but also provides collaborative experience by teaming up for more complex angiography work.
Schedule Details:
Independent work for smaller interventional cases, teamed for major angiography cases Evening and weekend call rotation required Primary focus in Interventional Radiology, occasional floating to Cat Scan departmentKey Responsibilities:
Assist radiologists during procedures, including scrubbing and room coordination Manage procedure scheduling, coding, and meticulous charting Oversee post-procedure film processing and supply case billing Operate and maintain essential equipment: Epic EMR, Sectra Pacs, Toshiba IR Machine, Siemens Ultrasound Unit Contribute across two fluoro rooms and multiple procedure suitesYour Qualifications:
Minimum three years' experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist Current BLS and ARRT(R) certifications North Dakota Medical Imaging Board registration (NDMIRT) Background check clearancePerks and Benefits:
