Adenoidectomy, Audiogram, lump/tumor removal, tonsillectomy

Credentialing Timeframe:

30-90 Days Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Epic

Certifications Required:

Board Certification and Drug Enforcement Administration

Licensure Required:
