Job Description
An independent, community-owned, not-for-profit health system is seeking a Hematology/Oncology physician or a Medical Oncologist to join its established cancer program serving a vast regional population across western Nebraska. This is an opportunity to practice meaningful medicine in an area where your expertise is truly needed while enjoying exceptional physician support, a four-day work week, and one of the most competitive compensation packages in the region.
Position Highlights:
- 4-day work week with Fridays off
- ~60% Medical Oncology and 40% Benign Hematology
- No acute leukemia management

EPIC EMR
- Dedicated Advanced Practice Provider and RN support
- Multidisciplinary cancer conferences held twice monthly

Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed compensation of $730,000 for two years
- Up to $80,000 sign-on bonus
