Psychiatrist Outpatient - Full-time Korzen Health - 5.0 Omaha, NE Job Details Full-time $300,000 - $350,000 a year 7 hours ago Qualifications Collaborate with healthcare professionals BC/BE Evidence-based practice Medical License Multidisciplinary team collaboration for treatment planning Patient interaction Full Job Description We are seeking a Psychiatrist to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska, for a 100% outpatient role in partnership with the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC). This is a Monday-Friday position with no call, treating both children and adults, with a primary focus on patients with autism, developmental disabilities, and intellectual disabilities. It's a fantastic blend of meaningful work, a supportive team, and a predictable schedule. This position will start with the supervision of midlevel providers and part-time outpatient work, with the possibility of growing into a full-time role.

Salary:
$300,000 - $350,000+ annually (for full-time) Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's clinical needs. Provide evidence-based medication management while monitoring treatment effectiveness and adjusting care as appropriate. Collaborate with therapists, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to deliver coordinated, whole-person care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards. Engage patients and families with empathy and education, fostering therapeutic relationships that support long-term stability and wellness. Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry with an active (or eligible) Nebraska medical license. Experience with patients with autism, developmental disabilities, and intellectual disabilities preferred. Committed to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care with a focus on long-term outcomes.
