Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Colebrook, NH. This full-time, outpatient position involves providing comprehensive, high-quality primary care to a diverse patient population across all ages, with a particular emphasis on chronic disease management and care for an aging population. Physicians maintain their own patient panels and are supported by a collaborative clinical team, including an RN Team Leader and a Medical Assistant.

Salary $250,000 - $300,000 with potential wRVU productivity and quality bonuses Commencement and retention bonuses Relocation assistance No weekend or holiday shifts Generous time off: 5 weeks vacation, 5 days sick leave, plus 1 week CME $4,000 in CME funds Attractive benefits package, including retirement plans Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
Schedule & Practice Details:
Outpatient only, full-time (36 patient contact hours + 4 admin hours) Typical patient volume: 16-22 patients per day
EMR:
Meditech Expanse with Dragon dictation May participate in day-time call rotation (no after-hours call) Clinical support from
RN Team Leader and MA Requirements:
MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility Successful completion of an accredited residency (ACGME, AOA, or RCPSC) Current ACLS and BLS certification through the American Heart Association Comfortable managing a personal patient panel and working independently Strong experience in chronic disease management, especially with an elderly population
